What are some of the Threats to the Hastings River's Oyster Industry?

There are many threats opposing ther oyster industry in the hastings river especially in the last two years, that have affected stock enourmously. 
There ahs been a lot of rain and floods lately which have been causing a whole new line of threats.  This fresh water (freshes) cause things such as:
                                Mud worm infestations.
                                Acid sulfate runoff.
                                Tea tree runoff.                                         
                   
                                and in turn lead to such things as:
                               
                               
High mortality of stock.
                                Poor catch status.
                                Poor growth.             
                                Poor prices for product and
                                A depressed market.
